Situated in the upper half of the nation- Northern Uganda, It has been one of the most popular national parks since the 1950s. - Bwindi Impenetrable Park
Located in South-western Uganda, in Kanungu district, the park is eminent for housing some of the best wildlife species in the world, including half of the world’s gorillas, elephants, duikers, buffaloes, golden cats, bush pigs, giant forest hogs, black-fronted Duiker, yellow-backed Duiker, clawless otter, side-striped jackal, civet, numerous bats and rodents, and endemic butterflies. Due to its proximity to an agricultural terrain that supports one of the greatest rural population densities in equatorial Africa, the park also possesses an exceptional level of ecological diversity. - Queen Elizabeth National Park

- Kidepo Valley National Park
Kidepo Park, located in Kaabong, Northern Uganda, is renowned for housing some of the extinct African species not present in other national parks, such as the greater and lesser kudu, Chandler’s Mountain reedbuck, Klipspringer, Dikdik, Bright gazelle, Beisa oryx, and Roan antelope. In addition to the exceptional wildlife, the national park places a high value on the distinctive tribes of Uganda, such as the Acholi and Karamojong. This park offers hiking, nature walks, breath-taking views of the landscape, and luxurious accommodations. Kidepo was ranked as the third-best national park in Africa by CNN in 2018.
- Lake Mburo
The Kidepo National Park in Lyantode, Western Uganda, is the smallest national park in Uganda but is also the nearest to urban areas like Kampala, Entebbe and Mbarara. It offers activities like boat cruises, wildlife drives, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, exploring cattle, and nature walks. The opportunity to learn about western culture and explore the wilderness has kept most visitors coming back to this park.
- Mgahinga Gorilla National Park

- Semliki National Park
Semliki national park in Bundibugyo district is famous for being a home to the largest population of Uganda kobs and birds. The park is home to over 420 bird species, including the Blue Swallow, Swamp Palm Bulbul, and a variety of antelopes. - Ziwa Rhino Wildlife Ranch
