Hospitality industry employers who can guarantee employees at least three meals a day enjoy an effective workforce. The feeding load can release employees into side incomes to support individual families.
The industry also encourages internal promotions: It is common for one to be promoted from a junior position to a manager or entirely cross over to a different department .This is usually accompanied with higher remuneration hence easing their day to day lives.
The hotel industry is also committed to training and skilling employees to keep them up to date with the current trends in the hospitality. As such employees compete effectively in the market
